Why FloatStep? Whether you are 1 or 9 feet off the water or have a floating dock on the water, the FloatStep dock ladder delivers a lifetime solution since it is only in the water when in use. You (or your children) cannot forget to remove it when you leave the dock. Traditional ladders fail due to the step welds remaining in the water which are subject to electrolysis and corrosion. How it works The patented FloatStep ladder includes an integrated float under the bottom step which removes all steps from the water automatically. The ladder "rides the tide" or any change in water level regardless of the dock (floating or fixed).
